Germany's Wieland Dental Technology GmbH was established in 1871, boasting a rich heritage and robust technical ingenuity that has ensured its position as a leader in the dental technology, equipment, and materials industry for over a century.

In recent years, Wieland has made significant advancements in the ZENOTEC CAD/CAM system and ZENOSTAR dental oxide ceramics. Globally, there are over 1000 ZENOTEC CAD/CAM units in use, and all influential cutting centers in Germany utilize the Wieland ZENOTEC system.

In November 2012, Wieland was wholly acquired by Ivoclar Vivadent, becoming a group member under Ivoclar Vivadent's ownership.
